Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas in Order of Importance for UI/UX Designer
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring that all UI/UX designs align with branding, user needs, and business goals.
- Create wireframes and user flows to map out intuitive user journeys and define the structure of digital products.
- Visually refine wireframes into high-quality final designs, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience across different platforms.
- Transform final screen designs into interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping software.
- Ensure design consistency and usability, applying UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and brand identity principles.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate the latest UI/UX innovations into projects.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, responsiveness to feedback, and high-quality execution.

Must Haves
🦚 Proof of beautiful UI Design Work – (at least 3 examples preferably, these do not need to be real projects but the attention to detail should be as if you designed it for one)
🎨 Good grasp of UI design tools specially Figma
💡 Love for innovation
🛠️ Problem-solving ability, and Interest in taking on and solving a varied set of problems
☕️ Good English Communication and Writing Ability
💻 Tech Proficiency with software tools. The ability and willingness to pick up new technology, specially AI-enabled software to automate and boost productivity 🖌️ Openness to Helping with Graphic Design (When Necessary) – while this is primarily a UI/UX role, we’d appreciate someone who is open to assisting with graphic design tasks (e.g., marketing visuals, social media graphics) only for urgent deadlines or last-minute requests.
