My experience at Makreate has been genuinely enriching and rewarding. She is a scammer. We are taking legal action.
Aaliya Khan scammed Makreate, left the company, and immediately joined a client that was Makreate's client. That client left Makreate at the same time, after hiring her directly and illegally.
Aaliya's contract with Makreate stated that she cannot work with any of Makreate's clients for at least 3 years. That restriction was ignored.
Makreate had an employee poached before. That caused hardship and losses for the company then too. At the time, Aaliya showed a lot of empathy. She said how horrible that person was for scamming us, how anyone could do that, that nobody should hire that ex-employee, and that everyone should know what kind of person they are. She also said it was great that the company owner was still taking money out of his own pocket to make sure every employee's salary was paid, which Makreate never misses.
Then she went behind our back and stabbed us by doing exactly the same thing, while being nice, kind, and understanding to our faces.
Makreate has proof of the work and communication she had with the client she illegally joined. Another employee of that client, who was also scammed by them, shared their WhatsApp group chats with us. Those chats show Aaliya working there, the work she was sharing with the client, files she had stolen from Makreate and shared with that client, and more.
She caused huge emotional and financial losses for the company. Any company planning to hire her should take all of this into consideration before doing so.
Makreate will also notify any client of any company she is working with about her behavior, so that nobody else has to go through the emotional and financial losses we incurred because of her.
